Duncan Taylor CBE served as Ambassador to Mexico, as Governor of the Cayman Islands and as British High Commissioner to Barbados and the Eastern Caribbean.  Brought up in part in Latin America and having served also in New York and in Cuba he has extensive experience of the Americas, including helping British companies win business there.
